MiniShop processes business and customer data to provide ordering, payments, loyalty, messaging, and operations workflows. We use your submitted data only for service delivery, compliance, and platform safety.
We store uploaded files in object storage and persist only metadata/extraction fields in relational storage for search, auditing, and support workflows.
Data deletion requests are supported for GDPR/CCPA and Meta callback flows. Requests are tracked with auditable statuses (`received`, `in_progress`, `completed`, `failed`) and processed per tenant scope.
Standard retention windows are enforced through scheduled jobs. Typical defaults include financial documents, QR payment proof artifacts, consent records, and messaging/audit logs with domain-specific retention and delete/anonymize behavior.
