Platform operators may enforce account restrictions for compliance, abuse prevention, billing failures, or policy violations. Restricted status can block selected features until remediation is completed.

Data operations include retention enforcement and deletion workflows. Certain records may be retained or anonymized to satisfy legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations.
